The Diamond Jubilee event on 3 June 2012 wasn’t the first street party held in Mallow Park. Precisely ten years earlier, back in 2002, the residents of the road organised and enjoyed a party in celebration of the Queen’s Golden Jubilee. Many of the houses were decorated, which contributed to the overall party atmosphere, ensuring everyone had a great day.
